30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all StreamKit purchases (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@bloome.app with the email address you purchased with and we'll process it for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. After cancelling you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for; no further charges are made.
