1. Who we are
StreamKit is operated by Bloome. Bloome is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@bloome.app.
2. What we collect and why

Payment data (card number, billing address, tax info) is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store full card details.
3. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for processing your purchase, subscription management, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — for running the Service and storing account / subscription data.
- Email providers — for sending account, support, and (if you opt in) marketing emails.
- Analytics tools — to understand product usage in aggregate.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, security, where needed.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
5. Retention
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it. Soundboard audio you store in your browser is removed when you clear your browser storage.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to: access your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights email privacy@bloome.app. We aim to respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, scoped access controls, hashed passwords, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and tell us right away if you suspect a security issue at security@bloome.app.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We may also use analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break sign-in.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
